Summary/Abstract: At the end of 2022, a new support instrument was introduced into legal circulation under the following conditions:they call it a "RES grant". The amendment to the regulations is aimed, among other things, at implementing the program's assumptions"Replacement of heat sources and improvement of energy efficiency in residential buildings" regardingthe extent to which this action concerns multi-family residential buildings and "Investmentsin energy-efficient housing construction for low- and medium-income householdsincome." The main purpose of this article is to analyze the new legal solutionintended to serve, among others, owners and managers of multi-family buildings and othersbeneficiaries. The basic research questions are: what direction did the legislator take?and whether the new regulations correspond to the existing legal regulation and whether they are "compatible" with it.
