The car market is a dynamic and evolving system. Bulgaria has one of the most highly depreciated car parks in Europe. Bulgaria is not a car manufacturer; its fleet is replenished by imports. The car companies in our country are located in all regions, and the main focus is in Southern Bulgaria. The competitive positioning of companies is an indicator of their success in the fight for limited resources and the changes that management must introduce to face competitors who apply all possible tools to generate wealth and revenue from the industry.
