Processes Orientation in a Model of diverse Production

Summary/Abstract: Sustainable production is a concept which determines rules for the processes implemented in organizations, with particular emphasis on production processes. These rules are based on the idea of sustainable development and relate to, among other things: environmental protection, safety of workers, reducing wastage and products quality. One of the possible ways of realizing sustainable production in organizations is to make good use of formalized systems and process approach, taking into account the processes of knowledge management, risk management and management of changes.
