Summary/Abstract: The aim of this research is to try to investigate whether there is a significant relationship between the general self-efficacy beliefs of school administrators working in public schools, their leadership styles and talent management skills and whether talent management skills predict. The relational screening model, which is one of the quantitative research methods, was examined in the research. The universe of the research is composed of school administrators located in the central districts of Mersin province in the 2018-2019 academic year. The sample was selected through disproportionate stratified samplied. The General Competence Belief Scale (Çapri and Çelikkaleli, 1992), the Leadership Style Behavior Scale (Taş, Çelik and Tomul, 2007) and the Talent Management Scale in Educational Organizations (Gunasalı, Şimşek and Korumaz, 2017) were used in the given samples. According to the findings, there is a positive and significant relationship between the general self-efficacy beliefs of school administrators and democratic leadership styles and talent management. School administrators' self-efficacy perceptions and democratic leadership styles predict talent management. There is no significant relationship between the autocratic leadership styles of school administrators and talent management.
