Summary/Abstract: In this study, it was aimed to statistically determine the relationship between employees' perceptions of work-life balance, person-organization fit, and person-job fit as antecedent variables and their levels of organizational identification based on a relational survey method. Primary data was obtained from 391 participants using an online survey application based on a convenience sampling technique within the scope of quantitative research. The data was analyzed in the SPSS program. The finding of the study is that worklife balance, person-organization fit, and person-job fit are in moderately linear positive relationships with organizational identification. These findings provide original contributions in terms of providing harmony-oriented insights in a model where adaptation factors are considered together for explaining organizational identification. The results of the regression analysis showed that these variables could explain some of the changes in organizational identification. Some socio-demographic characteristics of the participants showed statistically significant differences. It is expected that the findings of the study will contribute to the literature and practice.
