Summary/Abstract: Article discusses how the process of supervision occurs in the social distribution of justice in the training of supervisee. In this approach we will try to develop ethical paradigms characteristic to the function of supervisor as gatekeeper of social justice, taking in discussion the supervision as an ethical process and also the perception of supervisor regarding the ethical vision of the organization on the role of supervision as a process of professional development of specialists and organizational efficiency. We will try to identify in the supervisor's speech, its role in achieving social distribution of justice, distribution of specific services of supervision implemented by the organization. Based on a previous research conducted under an Romanian NGO child protection, the role of supervision in the professional development of social work specialists, we have conducted a secondary analysis of data, based on the methodology originally used - Grounded Theory, identifying multiple ethical approaches of supervision, on the supervisor discourse.
