Summary/Abstract: The paper analyzes two short stories: Deszcz by Zygmunt Haupt and Little landscape with snow by Robert Walser, which seem marginal in terms of their works. The two stories share the anti-essentialist vision of the world. The aim of the comparative analysis is to identify similarities in creating reality, as well as situating the two works in the philosophical context (vagueness and entropy), especially by François Jullien.
