THE EARLY SCHOOL LEAVING – FROM CAUSES TO POSSIBLE MANAGEMENT FORMULAS: A CASE STUDY

Summary/Abstract: This article aims to analyze the phenomenology of school dropout and to identify through the perspective of the partnership for education (parent-school-society) the possible management formulas in the educational space through the prism of the actors involved, the typology of the educational services, of their way of organizing so as to achieve the desideratum of prevention, reduction of school dropout. Beyond the theoretical dimensions, this article substantiates the features of the management formulas based on a quantitative analysis applied in the educational system at the level of Iasi Municipality, the "Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu" School.
