Summary/Abstract: The work aims to substantiate the notion of economy based on the analysis of the legal framework in the matter. Apart from the legislation on European funds, we are faced with the lack of a general regulation of the principle of economy in the framework regarding the activity of the legal entity. Only at the time of control we find the concept of economy, a fact that implies the lack of a normative logical structure, consisting in the absence of separation of the entity's activity from the control stage.
