It assesses the problem of the power struggle between major ethnic groups, the role of livestock in traditional and recent conflicts, the case of women and girls as the most victimized part of the community during the civil war, and internal as well as external refugee crisis. Apart from that, efforts of regional and international organizations such as the African Union (AU), United Nations (UN), and the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD), their individual and collective involvement in the search for the last solution during the ongoing civil war will be explored.
