Summary/Abstract: The procedure of the court to decide for a part of the actions that fall within the content of the continued crime the conviction of the defendant, and for other acts of execution of the same continued crime the acquittal, is illegal, since the actions that each present the content of the same crime do not constitute distinct crimes.
