A contribution to the comparative study of the forms of transmission

Summary/Abstract: The article aims at presenting the results of the research carried on phraseology, paremias, comparative constructions and paremic blocks identified in the works of Stefan Mitrov Ljubiša, published in two books, edited by Larisa Ivanovna Razdobudko-Čović entitled Ljubišina “Bisernica” (Proverbs and Wise Sayings in the Works of Stefan Mitrov Ljubisa), Budva 2003 and Ljubiša's intellectual creations (Phraseologisms, paremias, comparative constructions and paremic blocks in the narrative prose of the author), Novi Sad 2004. The author of the article concludes that the author used her own, multifaceted knowledge and skills: as a linguist, comparator, Russianist, Yugoslavian and translator and wrote two books which due to the similarity of the chosen subject and the way of its elaboration must be interpreted and understood as — inseparable analytical diptychon, as well as authentic evidence of the immense richness of Ljubiša's language, on the one hand, as well as the author's ability to show all the linguistic splendor of the language which he used while creating his works after a century and a half since the completion of Ljubiša's works, ie the ability to be "within" that language, decomposed into some of the constituent elements, on the other hand.
