Summary/Abstract: Тhe present study is to evaluate the effectiveness of income distribution in Bulgaria during the period 2008-2020 using the non-parametric Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. Total social protection income and total social protection expenditure are used as input variables in the model, and the output is the Gini coefficient rounded up to 100%.
