Intercultural Management and Human Work Management

Summary/Abstract: This work has theoretical character and concerns about intercultural management and, human work management. The definition and, the characteristic of the intercultural management, including human work management, is explained. The issue of intercultural management has become particularly important because of globalization and the internationalization of most of activities undertaken by contemporary companies. The significant role played by intercultural management stems primarily from the tremendous impact it exerts on the efficient functioning of multicultural teams, the relationships between the people in these teams, and their communication and motivation. There are a lot of papers including intercultural management research, but only a few considering intercultural management and human work management together. In this paper, this relation is presented.
