Summary/Abstract: The author of the paper presents the novelties introduced in the domestic legal system by adopting new family laws of Republic of Srpska, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The author points out numerous differences in the family laws, due to which there is a possibility of occurrence of inter-local (internal) conflict of laws.
