Summary/Abstract: This article presents one of the Mariological themes of Stefano De Fiores (1933–2012). De Fiores is one of the most famous Mariologists of the post-Conciliar era who contributed to the deepening of the Conciliar understanding of Mary through his writings and scientific activity. The study focuses on the truth about the presence of the Mother of Jesus in the history of salvation. Intending to present the presence of Mary in a syn- thetic way in the mystery of salvation, he refers to her as a “micro-history of salvation.” De Fiores’ reflection leads him to affirm that all the most important truths of our faith are concentrated in Mary. She is the meeting point of God’s ways and ways of acting throughout the history of salvation.
