Summary/Abstract: In the modern world, information warfare has become a perfect way to run non-kinetic offensive and defensiveoperations in external and internal dimensions. In the era of the information society, information warfare is unavoidable. It cannotbe a chaotic action. It requires proper organisation and management. Therefore, it must be of a systemic-process character. Theresult, namely: success achieved without running typical kinetic operations, is highly significant. The study presents a referentialmodel of information warfare management based on methods and tools applied in the management and quality sciences. Thestudy is interdisciplinary in nature because it indicates how to apply the above-mentioned methods in the field of security sciences,systemising the whole process of planning and running information operations
