Summary/Abstract: The article substantiates the need to spread innovative methods of training organization in conditions of a systemic crisis. The positive and negative consequences of the planned and forced accelerated implementation of distance education in the educational practice of Ukrainian universities are determined. The results of the sociological study «Effectiveness of distance learning organization at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University in the conditions of war» are presented.
