Summary/Abstract: The economic entity pursues specific goals based on economic objectives in which there are available financial, material and human resources and which has its own decision-making and organizational structure. The purpose of any economic entity is to make a profit as a result of the activities carried out. This is possible through an efficient and effective organization at all levels of the economic entity, based on an inter-departmental and intra-departmental collaboration in a way in which the actions of the turtles are oriented towards the same goal: that of maximizing the profit of the entity through everyone’s contribution and increasing the value this one. Part I of the study presents the organizational, dynamic and perspective aspects of the main indicators of the economic entity under study.
