Summary/Abstract: It Is studied antiperoxyde activity mitochondrial and microsomal fraction of hepatocytes in speaker experimental stroke. In microsomal of the fractions liver increase existed after ischemia-reperfution of brain antiperoxed activity and reduction to activities superoxyd dismutase, on background of the increase the contents malon dyaldehids and middle molekular peptide. In mitochondrial of the fractions liver activity ferment antiperoxyde of the system increased and was noted reduction of the ferment antiradical protection with most deflection before 6 hours after reperfution.
