Summary/Abstract: As a result of cerebral ischemia in the mitochondria and the microsomal fraction of the liver significantly accumulated MDA, the activity of the enzymes catalase and SOD (superoxide dismutase) decreased. The use of antioxidant emoksipina and antihypoxant aktovegina led to a decrease in MDA in the MX and MC fractions of hepatocytes and restoration activities of the enzymes SOD and APA.
