Occupation and usucaption in the a-national internet space

Summary/Abstract: This is a review of the application of the mechanisms of occupation and usucaption in the a-national space of the Internet, based on concepts such as a-national law, digital content, personal data, copyright, advancing the idea that large corporations in the field take advantage of the vulnerabilities of consumers, invading their private space and extracting through abusive commercial practices the profit from their relations with them.
