Summary/Abstract: The property divisions generate distinct masses of goods, rigts and obligations which cannot interfere from the perspective of debtor's liability for the different classes of debts, but also distinct, segregated classes of creditors. Beyond the situations presented in this article, it is obvious that the regulation of the objection to enforcement from the New Civil Procedure Code is the common law for every form of objection to enforcement, having this name or similar denominations.
