Summary/Abstract: Due to the globalization itself the educational system faces the challenge of including in its agenda the work with various minority groups. The paper aims to focus on and define the need for new approaches to be applied in order to solve with the problems of socialization in a multicultural educational environment. The issue is extremely important because, especially in the last few years, various integration attempts totally have failed.
