Summary/Abstract: As elaborated above we may conclude that Albanian cities went under a great evaluation over the years. All cities elaborated in this research have initially gone under the influence of Roman of Byzantine culture in regards to architectural design or lifestyle. Cities as Durres, Vlora and Shkoder became later seats of Venetian or Ragusa influences. The economic cooperation and mutual relations influenced the cultural background of the cities mentioned in this paper. Albanian cities went under major changes after conquered by the Ottoman Empire. It is important to cite that the Ottoman influence was evident. All cities run in accordance to Ottoman model.
