Summary/Abstract: The report reviews the situation during the state of emergency in the “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” National Library and focuses on the adaptation of activities and reorganization of library processes to ensure easy access to collections and services remotely, as well as on policies to protect the health of library staff and their safety in the conditions of COVID-19.
