Summary/Abstract: In August 2022, two new media laws came into effect in Slovakia. This fundamental change brought, among other things, the extension of the scope of media legislation to new entities, but it also brought the abolition of two legal remedies – the right to make corrections and the right to reply. They were replaced by the right to express themselves as a new legal remedy.
