Summary/Abstract: Mistakes made by physicians represent a constant and unavoidable risk in medicine. Mistakes in treatments are of various intensity and have financial consequences. Some mistakes are revealed, while some of them never known of. Some of them could be away with and corrected, while some of them are uncorrectable. During a treatment mistakes can appear in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. Some of those mistakes could be expert mistakes, while others could be ,,common" human mistakes. Both kinds can cause serious consequences that can harm a persons life, the quality of their life or health. Some of the mistakes often medical and administration staff. Very often while making diagnose physicians only, since they are assisted bay other medical and administration staff. Very often while making diagnoses physicians of various expertises are involed and they help setting a diagnosis. In a large number of case, while setting a diagnosis, also physicians-pathologists participate who enable setting a proper living diagnosis or a differential diagnosis, and in this way largely avoid diagnostic expert mistakes in treatments.
