Summary/Abstract: The right of succession or inheritance’s option is the subjective right of the successors called to inheritance at the time of the death, to choose between accepting or giving up the inheritance, between consolidating the title of heir by accepting the inheritance and abolishing this title by renouncing inheritance, becoming a foreigner to the inheritance.
