Summary/Abstract: Communication with the disabled patient is necessary to start from the saying "Primum non nocere" so that the relationship between the two actors meets the requirements of inter-relational efficiency. From the perspective of the nutritionist with the disabled patient, it is necessary to remove the barriers that appear in a given context, highlighting the specifics of each individual disability but also the appropriate psycho-nutritional logistics, the result being the expected one.
