Summary/Abstract: Presented in the student research project competition "Digitization: opportunities and financial challenges" (2021 edition) and awarded with the second prize, the project "Digitization - an institutional and a social approach" aims to identify the satisfaction of students with the educational and administrative platforms used in their universities. The research takes into account both feedback from students, masters and PhD students at FABBV and feedback collected from students enrolled at other faculties in Romania. The paper, part of the the scientific communication session, will present the results of the research. The opinions, proposals and data collected will be useful for improving digital interactions within the faculty/university.
