Production Quality Control in Enterprise XYZ (Part One)

Summary/Abstract: This article is devoted to the problem of „quality control in production” in production company XYZ. Company XYZ is a Polish company with limited responsibility dealing with production of water-based and soluble paints and varnishes of different purposes and wide range of colors. The publication consists of four parts. In the first one, issues related to the planning and realization of company XYZ’s production process are presented. In the second part of the article, the rules of control, measurements, and also research methods are discussed. The next part of the article contains the method of monitoring, analysis and grading of production process. The last part of the publication relates to the way of proceeding with inconsistencies and the way of carrying out corrective actions in company XYZ. In the study below, case study and subject literature review have been used.
