Summary/Abstract: This article aims to restore the historical memory of Dr. Tsvetana Sabeva-Rasheva, who played a key role in the establishment of the Bulgarian Bibliographic Institute. The chronology of the establishment of the Institute is traced, the key role and its importance in the development of librarianship and bibliography in Bulgaria are reflected.
