Summary/Abstract: The projection is made for the road of institution of the bibliography in Bulgaria in 1918 (А. Teodorov-Balan, Nikolai Nikolaev, Todor Borov). It is revealed the missionary donor’s deed for this bibliographic institution: 1938 (Tsvetana Sabeva Rasheva-Tserovska). It is reported the building and the culmination of the Bulgarian Bibliographical Institute (1941–1963) as an avant–poste of the universal informatization. Are described the glory and the martyrdom of Bulgarian bibliography during this time.
