Summary/Abstract: Immigration, defined as a country change, continues to increase and poses a significant problem worldwide. Also, it has diverse effects on social life, cultural norms, economic and physical conditions of society as well as health. Women can be the weak chain of refugees. In our country, it is seen that refugees come from countries such as Syria (which constitutes the majority), Iraq, Russian Federation, Turkmenistan, Iran, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. It is noteworthy that almost half of the permanent refugee population is women. This is an important issue that should be considered while determining policies. An approach that considers women's lifestyle, health beliefs, and health practices; for both women and health professionals, can reduce stress and conflict and increase efficiency in health care. The fertility period, the age range of 15-49 is known as the period when women need services at the highest rate. It is important for women in this period to reach and receive health services related to family planning, reproduction, and women's health. Midwives are among the health professionals who will provide service in the process. Midwives can contribute to the process management within the intercultural midwifery care they provide. Also, they cooperate with professional representative non-governmental organizations and other disciplines. This study has been discussed to show that midwives are another discipline that can contribute with an intercultural approach in providing support to women who are most affected by the migration process and facilitating their adaptation, together with an overview of migrant women's health.
