Summary/Abstract: A reference title - leadership and organizational behavior, which pursues specific competencies and objectives that allow the individual to become familiar with the field but also with the implementation of the acquisitions. That is why I recommend that courses, modules or trainings with this topic be organized both in the school and in the organizations. Leadership takes place on levels and sets of values. These lead to the approach of a certain style of leader with a certain typology. In this article I have chosen to present leadership styles.
