Summary/Abstract: The managerial approach of teacher training systems has in recent years seen a serious reconsideration of how the relationship between centralization and decentralization has been modulated. The tendency, generalized at European level to maintain the centralized level of initial training systems and gradually to provide greater autonomy, the decentralization of lifelong learning systems through the implementation of transferable professional credit units, was also felt in the priorities of the educational policy in our country.
