Summary/Abstract: In three system vectors: I. ECUMENE of the CHILDHOOD (Mozart of the Eastern Studies): I.1. First wave: Mongol Empire – Eurasian power; I. 2. Second wave: Iran – spiritual power; II. DAO as a MISSION (pure nullity); III. ANIMULA VAGULA, BLENDULA (compendious chord) is achieved by approximation to the phenomenological revealing of the personality and the deed of the Russian­Bulgar­ ian academic in Eastern Studies – cosmist: Mongol Studies – Tibetology – Chinese Studies – Korean Studies Alexandar Fedotov. Being trained at the most important school of Eastern Studies in Saint Petersburg, in 1979 the scholar has chosen Bul­ garia for his second home and made our country – through his journeys in more than 150 countries all over the world and his encyclopedic studies – in the International research center for Eastern Studies and eastern culture: Altaic – Indian – Iranian (Persian) – Chinese – Korean – Mongol – Tibetan – Japanese. A pioneer on a world scale in the most integral and precise translations from the original of the most important monuments of the Eastern written culture, Alexandar Fedotov – as a man, thinker and creator – is presented as an image and manifestation of the researcher’s universal spirit, creator of a global concept, united the West and the east in an united humanitarian universe, which has a great ontological importance for Bulgarian Studies as its methodological key.
