The general part of social insurance law

Summary/Abstract: The slogan of law improvement is always current. However, it must be implemented prudently, have a rational and as comprehensive justification as possible, be socially acceptable, be in conformance with the tradition of the existing legal culture as part of the general culture of the nation, be appropriately timed, have the necessary stability and at the same time serve the future purpose. These features of law improvement also apply to social insurance law, a sensitive element of social and economic life. The presented study definitely cannot to meet all these requirements. However, it is intended to serve as a contribution to recording, signalling and stimulating a preliminary consideration of at least some of the problems associated with improvement in this sphere of the law. Especially from the legal point of view, the creation of the general part of social insurance law has a special role to play in this respect. Therefore, these issues have been given the full attention. Conclusions drawn from the study refer in detail to the individual problems. Generally speaking, further exchange of thoughts on the topic is required.
