Summary/Abstract: It is shown in the present paper the application of the vector apparatus and the dot (scalar) product of two vectors more specifically, in solving trigonometric problems in plane geometry. The aim is to deepen the understanding of vector problems in the profiled preparation in Mathematics, to develop logical thinking and creativity of students, thus helping them to solve complex problems, which require rational approaches.
