Summary/Abstract: In the last decades, leadership has become a very interesting topic for organizations as well as for employees, both of which consider that leadership brings a plus values and a raising profit. For a long time, researchers as well as professionals have tried to find the best type of leadership, but the pandemic crisis affecting the entire world since 2020 has complicated things even more. The paper starts from presenting the main aspects regarding leadership, in order to analyze how the pandemic crisis has affected leadership and what is the best way to lead in times of crisis.
