Summary/Abstract: The subject of this discussion is to present the activities of the Ombudsman aimed at personal, political, economic freedoms and liberties, as well as guarantees of association, undertaken along two lines: initiation of changes to the existing law and pointing out violations of existing law to the administrative and adjudicatory bodies.
