Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this research is to examine the data analysis of the factors that cause stress for teachers working in educational institutions. Teachers may experience professional burnout due to their understanding of education and training, which can change in parallel with various social, economic and technological developments. When the literature is examined, it is seen that the most important basic factors affecting teacher stress are personal, environmental and professional. Teachers, student-teacher and school-family conflicts in education and training services, negativities in their relations with colleagues, disciplinary problems, inadequacy in physical conditions, the abundance of bureaucratic work, criticism of the society, crowded classrooms, developmental delay in students, social and political pressures on educational institutions, rapid changes in the curriculum, excess workload, insufficient salary, inadequacy of administrative support, lack of administrative support, lack of control of teachers and inspectors, lack of appreciation of teachers and inspectors, lack of appreciation of teachers in the classroom Occupational stress can be experienced due to intense problems such as lack of perception of their competencies, inadequacy in perception of success, low level of colleague and management support, role conflict and role ambiguity, student's insensitivity, indifference, and disruptive and damaging behavior. In this context, it is aimed to reveal the sources of institutional stress of 54 teachers working in educational institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in Istanbul and to determine whether this situation differs according to various variables. The universe of the research consists of teachers working in educational institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in Istanbul. The data obtained in the study were collected with scale forms. In the first part of the scale table, there is individual information, and in the second part, the evaluation table about the scale of coping with stress. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the organizational stress levels of the participating teachers were slightly above the general average, unlike the results obtained from the studies conducted in the literature.
