Summary/Abstract: Psychosocial and ergonomic conditions refer to stress and fatigue, communication between employees, correct sitting and standing postures of workers, breaks, freedom, availability of kitchens, toilets, suitable and correct tools, and machines for work. The purpose of this research is to establish whether these conditions are present in the textile industry, as well as to find out if there are differences in their fulfillment between medium and large textile companies. The research was conducted on a stratified sample consisting of two strata: medium and large textile companies in the Republic of North Macedonia, with 30 companies from each stratum. The questionnaire was given to 10 employees from each company at random.
