Summary/Abstract: The present article aims that Dumitru Țepeneag builds his characters taking into account the imperatives of aesthetic dreaming, breaking the patters of a sociologizing tradition. At the same time, he proposes a set of texts that configure a new way of writing, a new relationship of the writer with the world, with everything beyond the banal and oppressive reality. The characters who cross the author’s short prose stand out through a behavior that is at least unusual, being eager to break the limits.
