EMOTIONAL STATES AND CIRCUMSTANCES IN THE NOVEL ”MR. K RELEASED” BY MATEI VIȘNIEC

Summary/Abstract: Matei Vișniec is an authentic and creative writer. The first part of this text shows that in the novel ”Mr. K Released”, in its complexity, Kosef J.'s emotional states are presented like a map, from fear to courage, and from terror to friendship. In the second part, it is described how is expressed the joy – by smiling, laughing, or being happy – despite the darkness of the penitentiary. Finally, the third part of the research presents the short touches of the weather and nature, that can be part of the mentioned contrast. This text will be part of the PhD thesis.
