Summary/Abstract: Based on the analysis of the professional position of women presented in the article, it can be concluded that despite numerous difficulties, women want to fight for themselves and their careers. They are supported by the state and organizations that implement numerous projects aimed at combating discrimination and providing equal opportunities. Unfortunately, despite these initiatives, men still dominate women in almost all top-level positions. The professional potential of women is not properly noticed and appreciated, and limiting their professional position minimizes the development of diversity in the enterprise. Organizations should increase female participation in high-level positions, making women equal business partners for men: If our culture is to develop and be enriched with a variety of values, there is a need to harness the full range of human resources and create a society that there is a place in it for each different thought, and thus – for both sexes. It would be worthwhile for this thought to accompany all organizations, especially their decision-makers.
