Summary/Abstract: Purpose – The aim of the research is to draw a conceptual framework for the researchers for future studies by considering the bibliometric studies of the literature on job crafting. Design/methodology/approach – In the research conducted with the quantitative research method, the data were analyzed by bibliometric analysis and the VOSviewer program was used for visual mapping. The Web of Science Core Collection database was used to reach the research data. The database was entered as "job crafting" and 741(articles, proceeding paper, books, review article) studies made between 2001-2022 (August 2022) were evaluated. These studies were examined in terms of author, number of citations, geographical distribution, institution of publication and keywords. Findings – According to the findings obtained as a result of the research, the author who contributed the most to the literature on job crafting in terms of the number of publications was Bakker (57), the most cited author was Bakker (6003), the most cited study (1887) Wrzesniewski and Dutton ( 2001) in the journal Academy of Management Review, it was seen that the country with the highest number of publications was the Netherlands (173). In addition, it has been determined that the most repeated keyword in the publications is "job crafting". Discussion – Considering the increasing importance of the human factor in organizations and the effort to increase efficiency and effectiveness brought by competition, knowing the causes and consequences of employee behavior becomes even more important for managers and researchers. When the literature is examined, there are various domestic and foreign studies on the concept of job resourcefulness. However, local studies on this subject seem to be limited. Therefore, it is thought that studies on this subject will contribute to the domestic literature.
