Summary/Abstract: Purpose– The purpose of this research is to determine the mediating role of professional vitality in the effect of servant leadership on the quality of work life. Method – The model of the research was created with the random sampling method of the quantitative research method and the sample type in which the sample in the universe had an equal chance of being selected one by one. The universe and sample of the research consists of teachers working in Sarıkamış central high school and secondary schools affiliated to the Sarıkamış District Directorate of National Education. In the study, 238 participants were reached with the survey technique, which is one of the quantitative research methods, which is the data collection method. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS20 and AMOS18 programs. Findings – According to the findings obtained from the analyzes, it has been determined that servant leadership has a direct effect on the quality of work life and professional vitality and there is a significant positive relationship between them, and professional vitality directly, significantly and positively affects the quality of work life. In addition, it has been seen that professional vitality has a direct mediating role in the effect of servant leadership on the quality of work life. Discussion – It can be stated that the sense of self-sacrifice is high in people with a dominant servant leadership spirit and this situation positively affects the satisfaction obtained from business life. In addition, it can be said that the high morale and motivation phenomenon that servant leadership provides to the individual can positively affect the concept of professional vitality and create a sense of passion and vigor in the profession of individuals.
