Summary/Abstract: The author presented the activities of the County Office in Konin towards the Catholic Church in the years 1948-1950. The County Office monitored the political activity of the priests. He used the police and city offices for surveillance. He wanted to know the scope of charity work and how to perform religious rites. In the preserved documents there are records that the authorities were also interested in the number of churches and chapels as well as agricultural lands around the church.
